The city of Quimper is preparing for a major development project in the Kergoat Ar Lezdistrict, aimed at transforming the Chateaubriand, Jean-Merrien and Louis-Pasteurstreets. Following several years of consultation with the various stakeholders in the district, this work will begin soon to improve safety and facilitate travel for pedestrians and cyclists. The first phase of the work will focus on the rehabilitation of the water networks. Scheduled from
September 16 to December 16, 2024 , it will affect Chateaubriand, Jean-Merrien and Louis-Pasteur streets. These interventions will include:Drinking water supply

- : renewal of the existing network. Rainwater
- : modernization of the network for better management of rainwater. During this period, traffic will be disrupted, the road will be blocked, but access will still be maintained for local residents in order to minimize inconvenience.
